Brad Harper - Founder / Design Truth
Wyn Jones - Principal Consultant / PDD
James Wood - Founder / Studio Wood

James grew up working class and under conditions unfamiliar to most industrial designers. In his younger years he experienced domestic violence, physical and emotional abuse, addiction and instability. He grew up with his mother and brother at times living in social housing and eating from food banks to get by.

Since entering the industry, he’s found that almost no one shares his origins, and is now passionate about helping others from working-class origins enter the industry. We spoke to him to understand his perspective on the issue.
