This May 2020, Vance Nevada will celebrate his 27th year in professional wrestling. Considered as one of the most storied and respected wrestlers currently in the Western Canadian scene, Vance is now experiencing a second wind after retiring for nearly five years due to injury. With his experiences ranging from being an in-ring talent, a booker, a trainer, a promoter, and even a historian and published author with his 2010 release “Wrestling In The Canadian West”, it's safe to say that he has learned at least a few things along his journey. Making the most out of the second chance, Vance is truly valuing the opportunity to continue passing along the lessons he has learned, guiding a new wave of young wrestlers, and  continuing to document their growth as they continue to write their own histories. Mr. Beefy Goodness has wrestled in all but one of the Canadian provinces. With well over 1000 matches, against both WWF veterans and some of the greatest talents who have come both around and north of the 49th parallel. And he continues to archive and shed light on those who paved the path before him in Canada. Vance Nevada joins the DTP to discuss his illustrious career as a wrestler, beginning as a wide-eyed youth watching on as Hulk Hogan is betrayed by a trusted friend and Ally. He also provides a bit of advice for younger wrestlers hoping to create their own story.
