Musings on grief. My Dad's 7 year anniversary.

It was the 7th anniversary of my Father's death this week. This is a chat with myself having a think about the grieving process. In Ireland my Father's death was very public and I was very open about it afterwards. 7 years later, what do I think of it all now. Is there a right way to grieve? Did I do it wrong.
