We didn’t want to just talk about a beauty product itself but how the product will give our customers an experience which is enjoyable, lovely, surprising and memorable so that it will stick in their minds in a very positive way. Happy customers will always want to use and buy a product again and will share their positive experience with their friends. For us it’s the most fulfilling way of building an authentic brand and awareness.From day one it was important for us how our brand looks like on Instagram as well as on other social media and sales channels like Amazon, how people review our products, what influencers and most importantly our community would say about our brand and its values. Seeing our customers smile just makes us smile, too. Authenticity and spreading positivity is as important to us as product quality. We always aimed for something much deeper in our brand value system, in the DIY beauty products we offer, in the good course we’re supporting with our feel good female fragrance line (LOVE AND KINDNESS PROJECT foundation) as well as who we get on board of our diverse team. Sharing beauty & positivity makes us love what we do and we strongly believe that females around the world simply love and appreciate when a positive message comes with their beauty product.
