Prime Minister Justin Trudeau speaks with reporters on Parliament Hill following a three-day virtual retreat of the federal cabinet. He announces Canada will extend and expand its military training mission (Operation UNIFIER) in Ukraine for three years, send non-lethal equipment, and provide more cybersecurity and intelligence support to Ukraine in response to threats of a Russian invasion.
