Customer application workloads drive just about everything we do
here at EMC. I’ve said many times, without end user
applications there would be no need for any type of
infrastructure. From modernizing traditional workloads to
enabling new web scale applications, EMC products are designed to
help our customers reduce cost, simplify deployment, and enable
application workloads all while mitigating risk.
I recently sat down with Jason Kotsaftis (@Appsolutecloud), Sr.
Director of EMC Workload Solutions. Jason’s team focuses on
traditional workloads (Oralce,
Microsoft,
SAP,
VMware
and the DBA
Society) as well as third platform workloads (Splunk, Casandra,
MongoDB, SAP
HANA) along with consolidated combinations of both. We
talked workloads, mixing workloads and getting ready for EMC World 2016, this week
