Moses is known as one of the greatest leaders of the Bible, but even he saw the importance and necessity of not leading alone. He wished for everyone to contribute to leading God's people. Though terms like "leader" or "elder" have certain connotations in a church setting, what God really intended was for everyone to be involved in leading and helping the church grow.
