Joshua son of Nun, who had been Moses’ assistant since his youth, protested, “Moses, my master, make them stop!” [29] But Moses replied, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the LORD’s people were prophets and that the LORD would put his Spirit upon them all!”
Numbers 11:28-29 NLT

Moses is known as one of the greatest leaders of the Bible, but even he saw the importance and necessity of not leading alone. He wished for everyone to contribute to leading God's people. Though terms like "leader" or "elder" have certain connotations in a church setting, what God really intended was for everyone to be involved in leading and helping the church grow. Join Russ Ewell and friends as they discuss team leadership and what that should look like.
