He works with leaders, their teams, and their organizations around the globe to help them interpret, understand, and discern information—helping them realize successful results. They are the co-authors of Transact Transform Transcend: Becoming a Thoughtful Leader: Stories from the Journey. In this book, they discuss three types of leaders, transactional, transformational, and transcendent, in order to help leaders navigate and clarify a path toward becoming more thoughtful leaders.
