It is frequently considered one of the worst songs of all time. And yet we, as a people, shot this song up onto the charts 5 times since its composition in 1968. The most popular of which was released by Donna Summer as a 17 minute-long suite. We should be ashamed.

Cake melting? Rivers in the sky? Chinese checkers? Somehow it has won two Grammy's.

This is pseudo-surrealism without the benefit of being written by someone who has used drugs.
