As a high performer, which I know you are, it's so easy to consume and seek out external forms of growth -- books, podcasts, events... the list goes on. And, hey, there's aint a d*mn thing wrong with that! I do it, too. In fact, I promote it -- I have a podcast.

But, what if I said, "you're missing out on growth by NOT doing what we're diving into in this episode..." Does that intrigue you?

This is a courageous act that will pay major dividends year over year. And, it might not be the right time for you. So, this can be a seed planted or maybe even a seed watered. On the flip side, maybe this is the push over the edge to finally do this...

I'm referring to turning inward... Turning inward to explore yourself to find areas in which you can grow. Growth in this sense may be tending to some hurt that was brushed under the rug. Maybe growth in this sense is releasing some stored emotions. Growth in this sense can be coming home to yourself a removing the masks.

These courageous acts of self exploration lead to growth for years to come, shifts in life for years to come...
