Openness

Open is the first word in the acronym OCEAN, which is the personality traits decided by multiple fields as required for success. You can find a few ways this is explained. However, the level to which we are open or closed to new ideas will allow or limit our growth.

Open to new ideas and experiences, means we evaluate information and are allowed options. We can accept or reject, if we are open. If we are closed, it is blind rejection. There is a level to how open we are.
