In a special addition of the Decentered Media podcast, in association with the University of Leicester Business School, we discussed the changing nature of business leadership during the pandemic. Joining the conversation were Tobias Gould, a Business Innovation Fellow with Leicester Innovation Hub. Dr William Darler, lecturer in marketing with a specialism in data AI for the School of Business. Snahal Patel Director Jack Masters, a knit ware manufacturer in Leicester. And Jigna Varu, Chief Commercial Officer with Microfresh, global brand for freshness within the antimicrobial industry. We discussed how the Small Business Leadership Programme had led to new connections and a greater sense of resilience as businesses were able to repurpose to meet their customers changing requirements.
