Previous Episode: Robo debt
Next Episode: Criminal Trade Unions

Today is my 44th birthday, my mother's funeral and 28 years to the day since the last time she sexually assaulted me. Things get a bit heavy as I dig into this one and share the lessons my mother taught me about power.

This podcast speaks explicitly about suicide, sexual abuse and child abuse.

If you are at risk, now might not be the time to listen.

If this episode sets of memories or stirs up dangerous impulses, please reach out to someone.

There is a life beyond suicidal impulses. You can find ways to live around them.

The most important thing you can do is be honest with at least one safe person, then work with them to make a safety plan.

You can get through this. There is something different on the other side.
