49 // Death By Incarceration / Episode Twenty-One / Justice for Jonny

In the 21st episode of DBI, Suave & Kevin speak with Danielle Dunn about her brother Jonathan Lancaster. Johnathan was a healthy 38 year old young man serving 6.5 years of his 9 year sentence when the Alger facility murdered him with dehydration, starvation in a segregation cell in Michigan's U.P. in March of 2019. Ultimately sentencing him to death by incarceration. Jonathan lost over a quarter of his body weight, strapped to a bed and was refused medical treatment that would have saved his life.
Now, his sister Danielle & family fight for justice and for those responsible to be held accountable for his death and to bring legislative change by speaking out for those currently suffering in solitary confinement.
