Moving City: buildings on rails, designed to maximise your exposure to things around the city, no change in carbon emission, 100 Billion Bels.
Increased Public Transit: increased accessibility to transit, more routes, updated systems, subsidised monthly passes, 1 Billion Bels a year added to the existing 2 Billion Bel transit budget.
