Earlier today, Minister T. William Larson held a press conference addressing a letter sent from King George of Norward. The letter reads as follows:
Dear Subjects,
It has come to my attention that over the past several centuries, our two nations have grown further and further apart. These days we seem to be two completely different cultures. We have found that our common interests have drifted apart. With an ocean, both literal and figurative, between us, my court and I have reached the conclusion that both nations would be better off with you managing your own affairs from this time forward.
We look forward to witnessing your self-discovery - from a distance. Surely we will be forming strong bonds as continued trading partners, allies, and nations with a common history.
