Diversity in Academia: Racism, Privilege, and #BlackInNeuro

In this episode of Dear Grad Student, Elana chats with 5th year doctoral candidate, Anny Reyes (@AnnyReyesNeuro), about the value of diversity in academia, privilege, and the role that grad students can play in changing this broken, racist system. They also discuss #BlackinNeuro week, which, since recording, has become a global movement of promoting the voices, research, and work of Black students in every discipline of study.
