Lance Boulton has over 20 years of experience in youth ministry for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in New Zealand. He has been a national young adults and tertiary students leader, a youth director for North and South New Zealand, a schools chaplaincy coordinator and a chaplain for both primary and secondary schools in Auckland and Christchurch.
