Mario started RE investing in 2015 while working corporate sales W2 over $250K per year.  2019 he left corporate America and went full-fledged into real estate investing. 

He owns over 100+ rental properties with his brother Santini while completing about 30+ flips in 5 years.  He also started an unsuccessful construction company last year which nearly put me bankrupt during covid. 

Over the past 6 months, he has actually scaled back on rentals, heavily invested in wholesaling with his 3 sales reps, and leading the charge.  Wholesaling has also led to a lot of inroads into multifamily commercial, single, and multi-family.
