Art of MMA: The Podcast #2 - UFC 253, Diego Sanchez Introspective, Bellator 247 & UFC Fight Island 4

Two episodes in a row? One more and it will be a winning streak! This episode I'm blessed to be joined again by MMA fighter Sergio "The Savage" DaSilva and Kickboxer Brandon "The Mechanic" Cuttino as we breakdown the event that was UFC 253, an introspective but this time on the "Nightmare" Diego Sanchez and his career and a look ahead to some events and fights we are excited about coming up this week.

#UFC253 had two title fights including the main event featuring #IsraelAdesanya vs #PauloCosta for the UFC Middleweight Championship and the co-main featuring #DominickReyes vs #JanBlachowicz for the vacant UFC Light-Heavyweight Championship. Both fights we quick and in the end we have a king still on his throne and a new king of the 205lb division.

It wasn't pretty. Yes, when talking about a #DiegoSanchez fight that is usually the case. However, this one was completely one-sided and hard to watch. Another legend that has given everything to the octagon and deserves to go out on his own but if he keeps this up can he?

And lastly, we talk about a few upcoming events this week and give our breakdowns and picks for #Bellator247 in Milan featuring #PaulDaley vs #DerekAnderson and this weekend's #UFCFightIsland4 featuring #HollyHolm vs #IreneAldana.
