Andy Sharpe founded SongDivision in 2003 to help unite leading companies and associations around their purpose by using the science of music. Andy was recruited by IBM's Global Financing division, where he built solid business acumen and earned an MBA. Always passionate about music, Andy continued writing songs for leading Australian artists and composed soundtracks for global advertising campaigns. Currently, Andy leads a team of the world's leading session musicians, MC's and facilitators, working with Fortune 500's and associations in over thirty countries communicating key messages and building corporate culture through music.

Joanne Gelberg-Justiz is a location scout living in Naples, Florida. She manages Location South, a company serving the film, print, and tv industry in South Florida and points south - Bahamas, Caribbean, South America.
