It's very easy when you look at social media, Instagram and listen to high performers, being interviewed, to think that they have it all together, and that their lives are so well organised, and that they're amazingly disciplined. The reality is everyone has their struggles and whilst there is an enormous amount of sophistication and slickness to high performers trust me when I say it is never as plain sailing or close to perfect as it seems.
