On the food and drink show this week, we were joined by kombucha king David Begg! Founder of Real Kombucha! Born in 2016, his selection of fermented teas is a brilliant alternative to alcohol with its natural aromatic flairs, it works excellently on its own or with food.


Later on in the show, we chatted to executive Chef Theo, who told us all about the West African inspired fine dining, served at Akoko in Fitzrovia. With a six and nine course tasting menu, there's definitely a journey of goodness to be explored. .
