Following the recent spin-off of that company’s hotel business in June 2018, Mr. Holmes now serves as chairman of the Board of Directors for both Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., the world’s largest hotel franchising company, and Wyndham Destinations, Inc., the world’s largest vacation ownership and vacation exchange company.
Over the course of his tenure as Chairman and CEO of Wyndham Worldwide, Mr. Holmes led the global growth of a wide portfolio of renowned brands into what was the largest integrated hospitality company in the world.
