About Wendy Turner-Williams
In her role as Chief Data Officer, Wendy manages Enterprise Data Strategy, Data Platforms & Services, Data Governance & Management Maturity, Data Risk, and Data Literacy. Wendy and her team are charged with helping fuel data-driven business innovation, transformation, and operational excellence across all areas of Tableau’s business.
She joined Tableau after several years with parent company Salesforce, leading the Information Management & Enterprise Data Strategy. She also worked at Microsoft in both Bing/Ads and Azure driving data strategy and data platform as a service. Wendy has over 20 years of data, strategy, business applications, process automation and management experience - spanning multiple business segments. Wendy graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.A. in European History.
