Family Discussion Questions: 

You never have to remind yourself to eat  or drink. Your body reminds you of your need for food and water.  Just like the body needs food and water every day, your soul also needs nourishment. What things can we do every day to nourish our souls? (I.E. prayer, scripture reading, memorization, etc.)  Just like there unhealthy foods and drinks (Overindulgence in sugary treats, soda, etc.) that cause us to be unhealthy in our bodies, the soul can also suffer in this way. What things have we allowed to take precedent over healthy spiritual rhythms that we need to decrease or eliminate? (Think tv, social media, sports, or time-sucking activities). How will this week look different in light of this scripture?
