Wudup doe! #DaRundown Sports is back with a must listen podcast this week

Joining me this week on the pod is Keith Nelson Jr. from #CulturedApproved (Our # cousin). Keith is a former writer at one of my favorite sites from early internet days, Allhiphop.com. I orginally called him to kick off our Hip-Hop blog premiering. Our conversation was so great it went much longer then we usually go.
