Steve Corker is the former president of the Landlord Association of the Inland Northwest, a private landlord and affordable housing provider, former Spokane City councilmen, and retired executive. 

Daniel and Steve discuss a wide range issues affecting the rental housing industry in the State of Washington. Topics include the consequences of recent changes to landlord-tenant law, Covid-19 related rental assistance funds, the ongoing partnership between private landlords and rental housing subsidy providers, the danger additional regulations in the industry pose to both renters and landlords, as well as an analysis of an upcoming rental housing ordinance in Spokane, Washington.
