About Tori:

Tori is a long time fitness enthusiast with a background in dance and performing. She is yoga teacher certified and a trainer for AKT - a dynamic workout based around dance cardio, HIIT, and strength training.

As a Southern California local, Tori loves to take advantage of going on hikes or running on the beach, especially when she's accompanied by her dog, Toby. Tori is passionate about making movement accessible to everyone!
