Today’s guest is my friend Danny Woodbury. Danny oversees all leasing efforts of Woodbury Corporation across its office and retail portfolio. His role extends into development and acquisitions, and he works as a project lead on many developments. He was also a senior researcher for the real estate group at Harvard Business School. While he was there, he researched and wrote Harvard case studies and helped restructure their real estate curriculum. He graduated from Brigham Young University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

In this week’s episode, Danny stresses how important sound, risk-free investments and business ventures have been to the continued success of the Woodbury Corporation. It changes the way you make decisions. You not only think about the present but also about the future, which allows you to adapt and react. Danny shares some of the lessons I’ve already
