Intentions:
-  How do we set our intentions for what we really want in life? If we want to receive what we really want out of life, are there steps we can take within ourselves to allow that to happen? Or do we set our intentions and allow the universe to do the rest?

Emotional connection:
 - How do we create a healthy connection within ourselves? Especially if we started off in life with a disconnection from ourselves internally (childhood trauma etc)
- If you’re starting off from square one and trying to develop an emotional connection to yourself how can you go about that without it triggering automatic responses (fight or flight etc)
- It isn’t until we have a profound and true understanding of ourselves emotionally that we can really connect with someone else. None of this can start or happen without AWARENESS.
