One of my quarterly goals of this year is to "de-frag" my brain. I make all kinds of mental errors which cause me to be subject to my moods ("someone doesn't like me, therefore I'm unlikeable", or, "if I don't create something valuable, I'm not valuable as a person", or, "if this isn't an amazing song/blog post/video then I'm no good", and on and on). I explore one of these issues - the addiction to approval - in today's episode.
