We’re on vacation this week, which means I’m only “working” three out of five days. But as you know, 3 out of 5 is 60%, and that’s enough to invoke cloture.

The other 40% of the week is covered by re-runs. But not just any re-runs. They’re “Throwback Episodes!” Either because they’re so damned old, or because you’ll want to “throwback” some booze, to get over how bad the sound quality was in “those days.”

Trust me, it’s better than a “throw-up episode.”

So today, we’re taking you all the way back to July 18, 2016. What a time! What a year! What were we doing?

Taunting insiders inadvertently drove Donald Trump to show us he could run for president. Trump has made America more racist. Republicans are OK with that. Donald Trump turns out to be a fictional character, but a genuine “asshole”.

Experts contend that Trump is bad at the art of the deal, but a natural at spinning the truth.  Journalists discover their inner Murrows. Trump and kids named in a $250M Tax Scam. Therefore, Hillary Clinton must not be just defeated, she needs to be punished. Poisonous toads are instinctive enemies in the wild.
