It’s Wednesday, so you know David Waldman and Greg Dworkin are up to something…

It’s a good year to be an annotator. Donald Trump’s fourth indictment is out, and anybody who’s anybody is getting arraigned. Are four strikes too many to call Trump out? Are RICO charges too much? Or did Fani Willis bring perfect charges for perfect phone calls? TFFG has so many indictments, we can now appreciate how well they complement each other. There could be a market for Trump judge trading cards, so we can all keep track of Trump’s insults. Trump’s crimes will start to feel like crimes after Trump starts to feel that they are. Georgia’s indictment of Trump is a confirmation of states’ rights, Governor Brian Kemp should feel proud. So should his lieutenant governor, Burt Jones.

Jack Smith isn’t going to let Georgia take all the spotlight. Smith picked up a lot of data on Trump from Twitter, even after they tried to give Donald a heads up. Twitter’s lawyers knew that they could do that… from Twitter.

None of this matters to Trump supporters. The thing is, there are less of those every day. There are also less DeSantis and Pence supporters. That puts Chris Christie right in the 9% catbird seat! It also ain’t hurting Biden any.

Ace KITM Correspondent Rosalyn MacGregor brings us the latest out of Michigan: Civil war or something! That “something” will be the daydreams of 16 felony convicts looking at their cell walls.

And, youth activists in Montana win in a first-of-its-kind climate trial.
