Frustration Leads to Learning

Whenever I try to learn a difficult new concept or product, I will eventually hit a wall of frustration. And if I'm not sufficiently motivated, that's where I might give up and walk away. It's important for vendors to think about the product experience and try to remove friction and frustration whenever possible.
