Our story begins on the 22nd of Eleint, 136 years since The Flowering, the appearance of the Verdant Jungles and the reclamation of the Iron Curtains long separating the Sunken Vale from the Republic. The lands under their rule are bordered by the Ardent Mountain range to the North, though the Trolls, Troglodytes and Bullies of the Sunken Vale recognize no such territorial borderline. Despite the continued conflict against the dark forces of the world, the citizens of Gayt Wytch find ways to support one another and celebrate their diversity.

We look first to Yarmouth, a longstanding bastion of mercantile activity along the eastern coast of the Republic, where 6 brave citizens have converged and their destinies have already begun to intertwine. Our heroes convened at the the local wharfside tavern Dockers, a rowdy establishment where the dockmaster detailed a nasty kidnapping ring targeting the young adult citizens of Yarmouth. Concluding the local street gang the Red Jills were not responsible, and were in fact also being targeted, attention turned to a band of brigands and ruffians named the Clenchjaws. A plan was set in motion to catch them in the act, and that is where our tale begins, as a young man sits seemingly alone at Dockers awaiting his expected company with nefarious intent. And this is where episode 1 starts...
