Andy is the co-founder of one of the most successful and fastest growing ice cream shops in Southern California called After's Ice Cream. He and his business partner started the company and opened their first store in 2013. In just only seven years, they now have 29 locations. 


Andy is known as the serial restaurateur owning several different types of food service businesses from Matte Black Coffee, Dough & Arrow, Shomi Noods, Ground House Burger and Portside Fish Co. However, After's Ice Cream will helped him get his start. 


He and his business partner started After's Ice Cream after realizing there was a need for a late-night dessert place that's cool and hip. When they were planning their launch, they knew they had to find a way to capture customers and attract people to their ice cream.

Andy is a new dad with a daughter that is just a little over a year old. He enjoys the journey and shares that as a new dad and an entrepreneur, finding the balance is hard, but he is enjoying his journey in fatherhood.
