Founder, Advocate, CEO, Pianist at Jazz For Prostate Cancer Awareness- About
I am an IT professional with over 20 years as an accomplished AT&T employee with broad experience (and certifications) ranging from network operations, planning, and installations to systems analysis, technical documenting, high level system designs, and process ownership.
My technical career at AT&T has afforded me the opportunity to become an integral part of several piloted IT services that thrive today as elite choices in AT&T’s service offering: MIS, AVPN, MSS, and AT&T’s current cloud offering, AT&T Integrated Cloud (AIC). During my IT career, I became recognized as a resourceful leader, a self-starter, an “out-of-the-box” thinker, a mentor, and an innovator with supervisory experience, where leading a 22-membered network provisioning team, which resulted in saving AT&T 1.5 million dollars monthly in backhaul/LEC expenses in Managed Internet Services, is a proven example of my success as a proficient team lead.
