Noah, in the car back from Tabor, and Issam talk about the mens race for a short while. The race wasnt too interesting, with a sneaky Iserbyt attack being enough for him to take the win. Sweeck's decision to race Ardooie is discussed, as well as Lars van der Haar who was sick earlier this week.

There is more time spent on the womens race. Van Empel took another win, but could the others have done more? And should Van Empel race with the Elites in the rest of the season?
