S1 E9 - Ridgeway Works

In this episode I talk with local bike bag maker David of Ridgeway Works.

David quit his job in March to cycle around Europe with his wife, and then covid-19 struck and cancelled their plans. This is when David decided to turn his hobby of bike bag making into a business. Ridgeway Works was born in May 2020.

I really enjoyed talking with David and found out he lives about a mile away from me. We talked about David's planned trip, the bag range, the design process and materials used, the extensive testing of the bags and his successes in cyclocross racing.
