Episode 28 Wild Wild North

Seems like the north has it's own smattering of problems, which should come as no surprise at all really. These are certainly of a different flavor though, and a handful of names have come up which are definitely familiar. What has happened up here? What sort of group of people are filling up this power vacuum left over from the ongoing conflicts to the south?
