2021 has set a record for Anti-transgender legislation in America thanks to the Religious Right and the conservative Christian nonprofits that are behind them. Over 33 States have introduced more than 100 bills affecting the rights of transgender people. Young transgender women are the target of most of these bills. These bills affect transgender youth from healthcare access to women's sports.
