Did you catch the key difference between punishment and discipline according to Tim Elmore? I don't know about you, but I want to be the type of coach who looks forward to future and equips my players to change their thinking and actions. I want to be the type of coach who says, "I've driven the road you're on and I want to help you avoid the potholes and navigate the dangerous passes."
