We have been under stay-at-home orders for about ten weeks now, three months — more or less. Parts of the state are beginning to reopen, while other parts aren’t. Not surprisingly, some New Yorkers are getting a bit confused about what they should and should not do. Pat Kiernan, Annika Pergament, and Jamie Stelter speak with City Councilman Justin Brannan to talk about the road ahead for New York City, and to offer to guidance on what responsible citizens can actually do as the city approaches its reopening date.
