As New York inches towards a rolling re-open, many say that there's evidence of a racial disparity emerging. According to the NYPD, 80 percent of social distancing violations were given to black and Latino New Yorkers. Pat Kiernan, Annika Pergament and Jamie Stelter speak with New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams about how he believes the city has responded to the pandemic.
