Rob and I have a lengthy history going back to my time at BYU both as a player and as a coach. We talk about Rob’s new journey trying to create a winning culture at Utah State, a program that went 2-28 in 2019. We also talk about Rob’s mindset going from being in the gym with the Men’s National Team for a number of years, to now trying to build a college program. Rob shares some of his coaching philosophies and lessons he has learned along the way.
