Firstly, we hope you're happy and healthy however you're spending Christmas day and the festive period.

While many of our lovely listeners will be far too busy enjoying the festivities to listen to us lot, for anyone who isn't or who could use the company of some familiar voices, this special episode is for you.

Recorded at the end of November as part of our Movember fundraising efforts, this one is a bit different as we open up about mental health and how games and the gaming community have played a role in each of our journeys.
