A cult conversation wouldn’t be complete without Jonestown, the Peoples Temple, and its monstrous leader Jim Jones. The Peoples Temple was supposed to be a beacon of hope for Jim Jones’ followers. Instead, it developed into a living nightmare as people were manipulated, brainwashed, and ultimately led to their death.
