After a week break in the release of podcasts, we are buzzing to have recorded a pod with yet another Olympian.
Ross Murray is a retired 1500m athlete with incredible talents on the track with an astonishing Mile PB of 3m52s
However, unlike many of the podcasts that we have released recently- this focuses more on Ross’ life after performing at an elite level in athletics and also about the ways in which the sport could be improved. By far the deepest dive into the life of a high achiever both on and off the track.
And of course, Sam managed to end up talking about nights out and we think you’ll find a lot of Ross’s experiences very entertaining as well as relatable.
Enjoy!
Until next time

I am currently doing most of the interviews from my box room in Kent. I really hope you enjoy listening to the episodes I have put out. This is a long-term venture for me and I am just getting started. I appreciate any followers of the pod and I welcome you on this journey.
