This episode of the podcast is with Hugo Milner.  Hugo is unbeaten in his races in the road and cross-country season and is going from strength to strength as he looks to win the overall Cross Challenge as well as book his place on the plane to Dublin at the end of November.

Hugo has had a successful junior career and has now made the leap to senior competition.  In this podcast, he discusses the importance of resting up, patience, and hard work when it comes to the success of any young athlete. He also talks about his time at Harvard University and the importance for young people to look at the option of going to America for their further education.

Sam and Hugo cover the important topics around the improvement of the sport, in particular the engagement of new fans, the recognition that athletes receive as well as the distribution of wealth between people in our governing body.
